Global Knowledge village
Global Knowledge Village (GKV) is an Iranian educational centre which was founded in 2009. Initially TIT’s educational activities were mainly limited to the teaching of various courses in the field of Electronics, Electro Mechanics, TV, Video, and Power. But very soon computer related courses found their way to GKV and it became one of the most reputable institutes for teaching IT and computer related courses.
Today GKV is one of the most reputable and recognized educational institutions in Iran with 3 campuses in Tehran, offering a range of training and cultural services to our valued fellow-countrymen. In total, thousands students are currently studying at our three campuses in Tehran.
Getting into global markets and collaborating with reputable overseas institutes of higher education and universities, has always been a strategic plan for GKV’s management. Based on this plan, an important initiative by GKV has been to establish the International Affairs Group in 2020 to handle this function.
The main responsibilities of International Affairs group are as follows:
1- Providing joint training courses in partnership with Australian and UK based educational centres:
2- Recruiting Iranian students for overseas universities (through partnership with our educational parners Mehravaran Institute of Technology and Rahe Farzanegan Vatan:
- Australia (the University of Newcastle, Deakin University, Curtin University of Technology, Queensland University of Technology, Navitas, Griffith University, TAFE International Student Centre, Box Hill Institute, etc.)
- United Kingdom (Brunel, Middlesex University, EF, Britin College, etc.)
- Canada (University of Canada West, Frazer International College, etc.)
- Malaysia (UCSI, etc.)
- North Cyprus (EMU, CIU, etc.)
3- Providing Onlistyle=”font-family: ‘arial’ !important;”ne and Distance Learning Courses for overseas programs:
4- Organizing overseas Study-Tours and Managerial Orientation programs for Iranian applicants;
5- Organizing Seminars and Short courses in Iran, jointly with our overseas education partners;
6- Providing Management Consultancy services for overseas educational centers.
International Affairs has established joint training courses that provide partnerships with educational centers and universities in other developed countries. It has worked collaboratively with Australian based Technical and Further Education (TAFE) institutes. Our joint students are studying in different fields such as: Information Technology, Business and Management, Architectural Technology, Interior Design, Travel and Tourism, Beauty therapy and Electrical Engineering, etc. After successfully completing part of the program in Iran they can move to Australia or other countries to continue their further studies at universities.
It is the goal of our Group to maintain the current linkages and to broaden the training and educational opportunities both on shore and off shore, for Iranian students.
